Aktuelle Situation

Mailboxen werden nicht automatisch bereinigt. Die Ordner Junk und PApierkorb funktionieren wie normale E-Mail Ordner.

Anforderung

E-Mail Ordner aller Mailboxen werden Domainweit so eingerichtet, dass:

  • Junk-E-Mails nach max 14 Tagen gelöscht werden.
  • Nachrichten Im Papierkorb eine Ablaufzeit entsprechend der DSGVO haben.
